I will be conducting this FREE workshop to help educate and overcome anxiety.  Anxiety effects so many people and can be a very debilitating.  I work with many clients regarding this and feel it is needed to share how to overcome this unwanted pattern in your life. 

If you are suffering from anxiety at any level, whether it is public speaking anxiety, social anxiety, driving anxiety, specific phobias or fears, or just generalized anxiety; the brain/body reacts all the same.  If this is your experience or know someone who is going through this, this workshop is for you.
