WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic modality that combines traditional talk therapy with hypnosis. Every session includes a brief segment of hypnosis towards the end of a session. The client undergoes hypnosis for about 15 minutes every session, but this time can vary depending on the presenting issue.
